As promised here is the site that makes stage combat swords, they also do daggers, I will be contacting Customs to see if them having an Epee blade is an issue. If it is, they can be shipped without blade (you can buy the parts for all of their weapons).

The main issue is the length, anything under 30cm is classed as concealable, if it is double edged it is out. |
